Fullerton : Key Aide in Community College District Named

Joanna E. Spaulding of Irvine, assistant dean of counseling at Cypress College, has been appointed assistant to the chancellor of the North Orange County Community College District, a district spokesman announced.
The position was created to ensure that the district’s colleges, adult education division and other operations comply with state and federal regulations.
Spaulding joined the district in 1968 as a counselor at Fullerton College. Previously she had served as a teacher, counselor and director of testing at Tustin High School.
