Toxic Fumes From Truck Close Highway in W. Va.

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. —
Toxic fumes leaked from a truck carrying a compressed gas mixture of 60% tetrafluoroethylene and 40% hydrogen chloride, forcing nine families to evacuate their homes and closing a five-mile stretch of Interstate 79 for several hours early Friday.
