Visalia police said they have no suspects in the fatal stabbing of a couple in their apartment. The Tulare County coroner’s office identified the victims as Ming Chu Giang, 43, and his wife, Wan Li Lu Giang, 42. Detectives said the couple’s daughters said they arrived home from work to find their parents dead. Investigators said robbery did not appear to be the motive.
