Reagan to Expand Today’s Radio Talk by 5 Minutes

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will expand his regular weekly radio broadcast to 10 minutes today to discuss his coming meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev and the closing of the 99th Congress, White House spokesman Larry Speakes said Friday. He said Reagan had requested an additional five minutes of broadcast time.
