Hagler-Leonard Bout Is Set for April 6 at Las Vegas, According to a TV Report

Undisputed middleweight boxing champion Marvelous Marvin Hagler will defend his title against Sugar Ray Leonard April 6 at Las Vegas in an estimated $30-million fight, a Boston television station reported Friday.

Hagler, 32 with a 62-2-2 record, will reportedly receive approximately $2 million to $3 million more than Leonard, 30 with a 33-1 record, in the bout to be staged at Caesars Palace, WNEV-TV reported.
