Aztec Soccer Team Tops UC Santa Barbara

Eric Drabb and Tim Homan scored a minute apart early in the first half and San Diego State went on to a 4-1 victory over UC Santa Barbara in a Southwest Soccer Conference match Sunday at Santa Barbara.
Kurt Lewis added a goal late in the first half for the Aztecs, who led, 3-1, at the half. Ken Gunn scored the final goal for San Diego State (2-0 in conference, 8-2 overall). Richard Hiton scored for UCSB (5-6-3).
San Diego State goalie Felipe Hernandez made six saves and recorded his third victory in three games.
