Chemical Spill Shuts Road

ONTARIO, Ore. — State police temporarily blocked off an interstate highway Thursday after a tanker truck overturned on a rural road and leaked a small amount of Telone C-12, a poisonous and flammable chemical. No injuries were reported, police said.
