Ohio State football player Greg Rogan pleaded not guilty to charges he assaulted a Columbus policeman. A Champaign County judge declared a mistrial Wednesday after a jury said it could reach no decision in the trial of Rogan, charged with drunk driving in a separate incident.
Last Saturday, Rogan was charged in Columbus with assaulting officer Daniel Adair and resisted arrest. A police report stated the player was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
