The mother of Cincinnati boxer Aaron Pryor, who was publicly at odds with her son last year, claims in a sworn warrant that Pryor beat and choked her at her home last week.
Sarah Pryor also alleges that her son had a friend pour water on her. Municipal judge David Davis ruled that Pryor may remain free on his recognizance until a hearing on his mother’s allegation.
Last year, Sarah Pryor tried unsuccessfully to have her son forced into a drug treatment program.
