The Angels said Friday that World Series ticket refunds may be obtained at Security Pacific banks, provided the tickets were bought at Anaheim Stadium. Fans who bought Series tickets through Ticketron must mail them to: Ticketron Refunds, 6060 W. Manchester Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. 90045.
