Proposition 63: Official Language
What is Proposition 63 doing in a state whose very capital isn’t “officially English” (let alone its major cities, valleys, mountains, and streams)? Are the proponents of this proposition grossly ignorant of California’s heritage, or are they mounting a veiled attack on Latinos and Asians?
