Moreno Valley Single-Family Homes Offer Six Floor Plans

The New Countryside by DSL Service Co. opens today in Moreno Valley with three- and four-bedroom single-family houses in six plans, priced from $99,900 to $134,900.

The first phase of the 111-unit development consists of 34 one- and two-story houses with 1,480 to 2,334 square feet. Two plans feature bonus rooms. Move-ins are scheduled to begin in January.

Standard features include two or three bathrooms, tiled entries, wood-burning fireplaces, country kitchens with garden windows and Whirlpool appliances and master bedrooms with private baths and cathedral ceilings. Other features include concrete tile roofing, air conditioning, two- and three-car garages and one-acre lots in some plans.

Five furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 11773 Country Flower Lane, reached from the northbound Pigeon Pass Road exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
