Financial Center Project Launched

WesTerra Development has broken ground on its $8-million Midwest Pacific Financial Center office building at Scranton Road and Mira Mesa Boulevard in San Diego.
The 45,000-square-foot, three-story structure is scheduled for completion in March.
Architectural design is by Nogle, Hawkins, Onufer. The Koll Co. will serve as general contractor, with WesTerra Construction acting as construction manager. Iliff, Thorn & Co. is leasing agent.
