Valley Circle Estates, a custom home development in Woodland Hills, has opened 30 new build-to-suit home sites, with sales offices at 6009 Little Oak Lane, and model homes on view daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fifteen floor plans are offered and range in size from 2,900 to 6,600 square feet, priced from $399,000 to $750,000.
Valley Circle Estates homes feature hand-finished oak paneling, oak flooring, solid oak spiral staircases and oak wardrobes in the master suites. Used brick detailing, luminous ceilings, walk-in pantries and garden windows are additional features.
