The City of Los Angeles’ official float in the 1987 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena on New Year’s Day will pay tribute to Dodger Stadium on its 25th anniversary. The float, with a versatile floral and mechanical design, will be entitled “A Hit Around the World.” A miniature version of the ballpark will be featured on the float, along with a tall rotating cylinder commemorating nine memorable moments in Dodger Stadium history.
