Lomita : Park Will Be Improved
The City Council has voted to use a $53,000 state parks grant to improve Lomita Park. About $30,000 will be used to build an eight-foot fence along the park’s south side, in response to neighbors’ complaints about noise and lack of privacy. The rest will be used with another grant to automate the park’s electrical system.
