Lomita : 1-Hour Parking Limit OKd

The Lomita City Council has voted to establish a one-hour parking zone on the east side of Pennsylvania Avenue north of Pacific Coast Highway. The restriction will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
