For Bicyclists, It’s All Uphill in Turkey Climb

One of America’s premier bicycling hill-climbs, the annual Turkey Climb, will be held Sunday in West Los Angeles.
The field for the event, now in its ninth year, includes U.S. National team members David Lettieri and Michele Veasey. The competitors will race against time up the one-mile, steep grade of Mountaingate Drive.
The Turkey Climb, sanctioned by the U.S. Cycling Federation, will begin at 9 a.m. from Sepulveda Boulevard and Mountaingate Drive.
