I read Paul Dean’s comments about tracing or trying to trace “Lower Ormsley Village, England.”
Could it be Lower Ormsby Village? I have a 1986 Ordnance Survey Motoring Atlas of Great Britain which shows Ormsby south and east of Middesbrough which is north of North York Moors.
Ormsby looks quite small. Middesbrough is between Durham and Yorkshire fairly near the coast. Immediately east of Norwich very near the coast are Ormsby Margaret and Ormsby St. Michael.
