Trans World Airlines has announced agreement on a new contract with the Air Line Pilots Assn. The accord is subject to ratification by the rank and file, which is expected within a month, said Angelo Marchione, head of the union at the airline, in Kansas City. Terms of the pact were not disclosed, but the Kansas City Times reported that it would extend to 1992 some of the concessions made by pilots last January. In return, the report said, Carl Icahn, company chairman, has agreed not to dismantle the airline this year, as he promised to do last September.
