A unidentified man died Friday after he was hit by a vehicle on Interstate 5 near Imperial Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.
About 2:15 a.m. a northbound vehicle driven by a Los Angeles man hit the victim, who had run in front of the vehicle, the spokesman said.
A coroner’s report described the victim as a Latino, 20 to 30 years old, with a tattoo of a spider and a web on the right upper arm, tattoos of flowers surrounding the inscription “Jose” on the right lower arm and a tattooed inscription of “San Juan Jalisco” on his stomach.
