14-Story Gateway Building Opens

Gateway Los Angeles, a $20-million, 14-story office building at Wilshire Boulevard and Centinela Avenue has opened 50% preleased.

The West Los Angeles structure has 140,000 square feet of office and commercial space. Among its features is a multifaceted facade, designed by architects McCune, Gerwin & Partners Inc.
