The Dodgers announced three minor league managerial appointments. Kevin Kennedy was named manager at Bakersfield of the Class A California League, John Shoemaker at Vero Beach of the Class A Florida State League and Jim Stoeckel at Great Falls of the Pioneer Rookie League.
