The Radio Marti reporter who said she would resign after her bosses reassigned her because she questioned President Reagan last week at his news conference declared she has changed her mind and will “fight this case.” Annette Lopez-Munoz said an official of the American Federation of Government Employees encouraged her to appeal. The U.S. Information Agency, which runs Radio Marti, prohibits its reporters from questioning the President at news conferences.
