A truck driver found a lottery ticket in the parking lot of a Fairfield restaurant, scratched it off in front of friends, and it turned out to be a $75,000 winner. But the driver asked that his name not be used. Waitress Jean Ruckdeschel of the Muffin Treat restaurant on Interstate 80 said the driver has breakfast there about twice a week. She said the serial number on the ticket indicated that it had been sold by the restaurant. The driver said he would share the winnings with his driving partner.
