Policeman Pleads Guilty to Raping His Stepdaughter
A 12-year Los Angeles police veteran pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of statutory rape stemming from allegations by his stepdaughter.
Lincoln Pullin, 44, faces sentencing Jan. 13 on the two charges, each of which carries a maximum prison sentence of three years.
Pullin, who had initially been charged with forcible rape, entered his plea just before a scheduled preliminary hearing in Los Angeles Municipal Court.
