As a dozen horrified co-workers looked on, Tina Guadiana, 24, a billing clerk at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Van Nuys was shot to death in the basement-floor business office by her estranged boyfriend, Los Angeles police said. None of her co-workers was hurt.
