2,000 Routed During Propane Truck Fire

A propane tanker truck overturned and caught fire on an interstate near the downtown area Friday, closing the highway and forcing more than 2,000 people to evacuate before firefighters extinguished the blaze.

The truck driver escaped injury in the 4:30 a.m. crash on Interstate 75.
