Local News in Brief : Body Identified as Panorama City Man
Aman whose body was found by police near a curb four blocks away from the Panorama City Shopping Center was identified Monday as Willie Chaides Jr., 38, of Panorama City.
Chaides’ body was discovered by a passing patrol car Sunday morning in front of a medical office building in the 15000 block of Parthenia Street, Los Angeles police said .
Chaides, who was unemployed, was living with his sister in the 15800 block of Bryant Street, about a quarter mile from where his body was found, police said.
The cause of his death is not known and will be determined by an autopsy, police said.
