A fetus, wrapped in a plastic grocery bag, was found in Santa Ana near a dumpster behind a closed discount store, police said. An autopsy is scheduled today, said Santa Ana police spokeswoman Maureen Thomas. It was discovered by three girls as they walked behind a former Gemco store at 1330 East 17th St. “We have no leads in the case,” Thomas said.
