FBI Probe Ordered in Office Break-in
The Justice Department on Wednesday ordered the FBI to investigate a burglary at offices of a group opposed to the Reagan Administration’s support of rebel forces in Nicaragua.
Rep. Don Edwards (D-San Jose), in releasing a department letter announcing the probe, expressed hope the FBI also would investigate other burglaries against similar organizations working against the same Administration policy.
The department said that the FBI would investigate the burglary of the weekend of Nov. 29-30 at the International Center for Development Policy.
