Arthritis Foundation to Bestow Honors

Service honors will be handed out at a dinner commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Orange County branch of the Arthritis Foundation scheduled Monday at the Turnip Rose in Orange. Among those to be honored for service to the foundation will be Dr. Leon B. Katz of Santa Ana, the first rheumatologist in Orange County; Municipal Judge Betty L. Elias of Orange; Dr. Sanford H. Anzel of Orange and Marian E. Fuller of Newport Beach.
The awards will be presented by Southern California chapter chairman Gary A. Weiss, executive vice president of the Russell Co. in Van Nuys. Officers to be installed are Michael T. Matsler, president; Dr. Katz, vice president, and Gary R. Pyatt, secretary-treasurer.
