Guadalajara Shopper

On a recent trip to Guadalajara we used the Slim Brooks shopping service. Meeting Slim was worth the $175 alone. The lady is a riot. We laughed ourselves silly while snapping up some fascinating merchandise. She found an incredible shoemaker who designs and makes shoes, but to find him you have to go down many back alleys and climb a rickety ladder to get into his shop. This was in great contrast to the elegant shops of the leading artisans in Guadalajara, which we also visited.
