I have owned and operated a small travel agency for eight years. I love my clientele and have been fortunate enough not to have needed to advertise, because of word of mouth referral. Our clientele ranges from the office personnel next door to faces you would recognize on your TV screen. One thing we have not done for our clients lately--we have not charged $250 a year for the pleasure of doing business with us.
