Man Killed at Idaho Dam When Crane Cable Snaps

BOISE, Ida. —
One man was killed and two others were injured Monday when a cable on a crane snapped, causing the boom to fall at the Lucky Peak Dam construction project, authorities said. Workers were installing power-generating turbines at the dam on the Boise River.
