Great Western Savings, Beverly Hills, said J. Lance Erikson will join the Office of the Chairman as executive vice president and general counsel, heading a newly created legal division. Erikson, 43, joined the company in 1982 as senior vice president, secretary and chief corporate counsel.
Separately, Great Western announced that Senior Vice President James D. Sage, 48, has been named general counsel.
