Mordechai Levy, leader of the militant Jewish Defense Organization, said Wednesday his group and supporters will stage a “non-violent” disruption of the Moscow-based Bolshoi Ballet’s performances at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, scheduled for Aug. 11-30. “Cultural bridges should not be built over the bodies of Soviet Jews,” Levy said, in reference to a recent U.S.-Soviet cultural exchange agreement.
