Never mind another “crucial” speech by Ronald Reagan. We know he can do that. He has been doing it all his life.
Let his new handlers trot him out from behind the note cards and put him in front of the press where we can gauge the quality of his mind and temperament.
It has been more than three months since his last press conference. It’s past time for another.
