Hotel Rising in Prescott, Ariz.
Construction has started on the $10-million, 162-room Sheraton Resort and Convention Center in Prescott, Ariz. The developer of the hotel on the Yavapai Indian Reservation at Arizona 89 and 69 is W. R. Grace Development Co.
The architect is Gary Nelson Associates Architects Inc., Phoenix.
Completion is targeted for next February. The hotel will have extensive resort and convention facilities.
