The Los Angeles City Council voted to offer a $5,000 reward for the apprehension of a suspect in the Feb. 2 kidnaping of an infant from County-USC Medical Center. Two-week-old Eliaz Monroy was taken from his mother by a woman in a hospital waiting room. The council’s reward offer remains in effect for 60 days.
