North Dakota Voters OK 33% Income Tax Increase

BISMARCK, N. D. —
North Dakota’s state income tax will increase by 33% next month after voters approved the measure Wednesday in a special election. The measure raises the tax from 10.5% to 14% of a resident’s federal tax liability.
