Philip C. Blair, co-owner of Manpower Temporary Service, was appointed Monday to serve on the Centre City Development Corp. Board of Directors.
Blair was chosen by the San Diego City Council to fill the two months remaining in the term of banker Peter Q. Davis, who resigned.
Blair has served on the mayor’s task force for the homeless, the Centre City Assn.’s membership and public relations committee, and the Horton Plaza Theatre Foundation. He is currently a member of the Super Bowl 1988 committee. He was nominated by Councilman Bill Cleator and will serve until May.
