The four stations, KFBK-AM and KAER-FM in Sacramento, and KMJ-AM and KNAX-FM in Fresno, are the last four broadcast holdings of the Sacramento-based newspaper company. McClatchy Newspapers sold its Sacramento and Fresno television stations in 1980 and 1981, its Reno and Modesto radio stations in 1983 and its cable television holdings last year. The company said no prices have been established yet for the radio stations.
