Wall Street, a Wilshire District night club and restaurant that vandals set afire last weekend, rose from the ashes by reopening as scheduled on Tuesday. A Wall Street spokesperson said that the more than $150,000 in damages--caused by intruders who slashed booths, tore off neon signs and set fire to a gasoline-soaked floor early Sunday morning--still are visible. Police have no suspects.
