“How to Party.” MPI. $24.95. When, at one point, this comedy tape shows what to do when the police raid your party, it’s really funny. It’s also startling, because the rest of the video is a comic wasteland. Radio comedians Ron Stevens and Joy Grdnic co-wrote and star in a series of sketches related to partying.
