Three women have been told by a Superior Court judge to move out of their ailing grandmother’s El Sereno home, said to be a haven for drug dealing for the past 15 years. The three were found in violation of an October, 1986, court order that prohibited selling and storing drugs in the house. Using a little-known state law that makes it illegal to use a building for drug sales, Judge Jerry K. Fields ordered Theresa Montano, 25, Elaine Montano, 23, and Natalie Fimbres, 18, to vacate the Cyril Avenue home of their grandmother, Elodia Ortiz, by May 4, said Deputy City Atty. Pamela Albers. The city attorney’s office moved to evict the three last month after Montano was arrested and charged with selling PCP. Albers said police have made dozens of arrests near the house in years past. A court hearing to determine what care will be provided for the 69-year-old grandmother is set for April 30. Under the order, she will be allowed to remain in the house.
