A fourth man was convicted in a failed scheme to import 1,100 pounds of cocaine from Bolivia during a military crackdown on manufacture of the drug in Bolivian jungle laboratories. Damazo Delgado was found guilty of conspiring to import cocaine and traveling to aid a narcotics transaction by the same federal court jury that last week convicted Marina del Rey attorney John Robert Malpezzi and two others. The transaction was canceled when troops swarmed into the Santa Cruz, Bolivia, airport from which the cocaine was to be transported, federal prosecutors said.
