Quake Rocks Manila

MANILA —
An earthquake shook the Philippine capital and other areas of Luzon Island on Saturday night, sending thousands of people into the streets, authorities said. No injuries or damage were immediately reported. The Philippine observatory said the quake registered 5.5 on the Richter scale and said its epicenter was about 95 miles northwest of Manila.
