Two rock climbers fell 800 feet to their deaths in Yosemite Valley, a park spokesman said. Climbing partners Frederick O. Yenny, 33, and Donald Horten, 30, both IBM electrical engineers from San Jose, fell while scaling the east buttress of Middle Cathedral Rock, said Mallory Smith, a Yosemite spokeswoman. Two others in the rock-climbing group did not fall and were unhurt, she said.
