A Democratic Party committee meeting in Santa Fe, N.M., adopted a resolution opposing future aid to the contra forces fighting the left-wing government of Nicaragua. The resolution, which the full Democratic National Committee is expected to approve today, also calls for support for the Contadora negotiating process, and renewal of bilateral talks with Nicaragua.
